Complete renovation of a private apartment.

The needs:

Create a second bedroom and integrate the kitchen into the living area.

The project:

The internal spaces were redistributed with interventions on the existing walls (demolition and reconstruction), creating the new bedroom, an open kitchen, and a utility room.

To take advantage of the light provided by the large windows in the living area, the dividing wall between the entrance and the living room was removed.

Relocating the kitchen required redistributing the plumbing and offered the opportunity to eliminate the gas supply.

The green color of the walls and the use of wood are references to the harmony and balance of nature, an inspiration of calm and serenity ideal in the convivial and relational part of the house.
